skills that strengthens their abilities to De-Escalate Self via Self-Talk; thereby, enabling them to calmly and safely De-Escalate Others, Prevent and
Manage Aggressive Behaviors. In addition, increases participants knowledge of behavioral and mental capacities of Individuals with Special Needs, how
to effectively interact with the Homeless and others.
